titleOfInvention Method for fertilizer conservation and yield increase of rice field and interception of nitrogen and phosphorus loss and biological membrane culture medium composition
abstract A method for fertilizer conservation and yield increase of a rice field and interception of nitrogen and phosphorus loss and a biological membrane culture medium composition are as follows: preparing a natural biological film culture medium; dissolving sodium nitrate, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, calcium chloride heptahydrate, citric acid, ferric ammonium citrate, boric acid, manganese chloride tetrahydrate, zinc sulfate, sodium molybdate, copper sulfate pentahydrate and cobalt nitrate hexahydrate in 1L of distilled water according to a proportion to prepare a natural biomembrane culture medium; preparing a spherical carrier of a natural biological membrane; the paddy field application of the spherical carrier of the natural biomembrane is as follows: respectively broadcasting artificial carriers into the rice field 1 day after rice transplanting and 1 day after spike fertilizer application, and inducing the growth of natural biomembranes in the rice field. After the method is adopted, the total nitrogen and total phosphorus content in the soil is obviously increased, and the rice yield is obviously increased; meanwhile, the total nitrogen and total phosphorus content in the surface water is obviously reduced, and the runoff loss risk of nitrogen and phosphorus is reduced.
