titleOfInvention | Preparation method, product and application of high-efficiency treatment catalyst for ferrochromium-based nitric oxide at room temperature and pressure |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a ferrochromium-based nitric oxide high-efficiency treatment catalyst at normal temperature and normal pressure, its product and application, which are prepared by a co-precipitation method. A small amount of potassium sulfate was introduced in situ during the precipitation process, and after subsequent calcination, the surface and interface structure of the catalyst was reconstructed, the physical and chemical properties of the surface and interface were adjusted, the adsorption energy of the catalyst surface for the oxidation product NO 2 was reduced, and its removal on the catalyst surface was accelerated. The adsorption rate was improved, and the catalytic performance of the material at room temperature and pressure for nitric oxide was improved. The chromium-iron-based catalyst obtained by the invention has the characteristics of good NO oxidation activity at room temperature and high stability. The preparation method is simple, easy for large-scale production, and has a good application prospect. |
