titleOfInvention | Near-infrared two-region single-channel time-sharing multiplexing imaging system and using method thereof |
abstract | The invention belongs to the field of optical molecular imaging, and particularly relates to a near-infrared two-region single-channel time-sharing multiplexing imaging system and a using method thereof, aiming at solving the problems that the existing near-infrared two-region imaging equipment is complex in operation, low in precision, incapable of quickly adjusting imaging field of view and invariable in spectrum band. The system of the invention comprises: the shielding module comprises an optical platform and a shading dark box; a light source module, a white light and an excitation light; the anesthesia module performs anesthesia and provides oxygen; the visual field adjusting module is used for adjusting the size and the area of an imaging visual field; the time-sharing multiplexing channel module is used for switching light of different spectral bands; the optical signal acquisition module is used for acquiring a white light image and a fluorescence image; and the central control module controls the switching of different wavelength channels, controls the optical signal acquisition module, acquires a gray white light image and a near-infrared two-zone fluorescence image, and performs image processing to obtain a two-dimensional fluorescence image. The invention can quickly adjust the imaging visual field and switch the imaging spectrum, and has simple structure and convenient operation. |
