The present invention uses AIE material as the active layer for the first time, and utilizes the trapped electron-induced hole tunneling and injection mechanism to prepare a high-efficiency multiplied organic photodetector, the external quantum conversion efficiency is 60840%, and the normalized detection rate is 3.08×10 12 Jones , expanding the application of AIE materials in the field of optoelectronic devices. |
