abstract | The invention discloses a method for establishing HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography) fingerprint spectrums of elsholtzia haichowensis in different producing areas and measuring components of the elsholtzia haichowensis, which comprises the following steps of: s1, preparation of control solution: precisely weighing 395.00 μ g caffeic acid, 530.00 μ g rutin, 784.00 μ g apioside, 535.00 μ g luteolin, 541.00 μ g luteolin, 406.00 μ g apigenin and 400.00 μ g baicalein-7-methyl ether, placing into a 25mL measuring flask, adding methanol to constant volume, and respectively preparing into control solutions with mass concentrations of 158.00, 212.00, 313.60, 216.40, 214.00, 162.40 and 160.00 μ g/mL; s2, preparing a test solution; s3, methodology investigation; and S4, establishing and analyzing a fingerprint. According to the invention, through the analysis of the 95% ethanol extract of the elsholtzia on a chromatographic column, mobile phase acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid is adopted, gradient elution is carried out, the column temperature is 30 ℃, the volume flow is 1.0mL/min, the detection wavelength is 210nm, the HPLC fingerprint spectrums of the elsholtzia on different producing areas are established, the content of 7 components is measured, and the method can be used for the quality control of the elsholtzia on different producing areas, and is accurate, stable and good in repeatability. |
