titleOfInvention | High-strength automatic inflation tire repair glue solution and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of chemical adhesives, in particular to a high-strength automatic inflation tire repair glue solution and a preparation method thereof, wherein the high-strength automatic inflation tire repair glue solution comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-30 parts of modified acrylic resin, 0.1-2.0 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 0.1-1.0 part of nano glass microspheres, 0.01-0.5 part of fumed silica, 10-20 parts of natural emulsion, 0.1-1.0 part of magnesium powder, 15-25 parts of antifreezing agent, 0.1-1.0 part of antioxidant, 0.1-2.0 parts of emulsifier, 0.1-0.5 part of regulator and 20-40 parts of solvent. The tire repair glue solution disclosed by the invention adopts modified acrylic resin, natural latex solution and nano glass microspheres to react to instantly form a three-dimensional network which can instantly block punctured tires, and in addition, the modified acrylic resin and the natural latex are filled to form a network structure to inhibit the flow of the glue, so that the curing speed is accelerated, and the bonding effect is improved. |
