abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a near-infrared light response type sterilization-debonding wrinkle surface, which comprises the following steps: 1) adding the carbon nano material with the surface covered with the tetraethoxysilane into a polydimethylsiloxane solution, ultrasonically treating the mixture to remove a solvent and a curing agent, and curing the mixture to form a film so as to obtain the soft substrate of the film-based wrinkling system: 2) spin-coating a solution obtained by dissolving a high polymer material and a photosensitizer in an organic solvent on a PDMS (polydimethylsiloxane) soft substrate to obtain a soft-hard combined composite film structure, and removing the organic solvent by vacuum oven treatment; 3) the composite film layer is irradiated for a certain time by near infrared light to realize the preparation of the surface of the folded material. The surface can realize the conversion of the surface appearance of a plane and a fold by adding or removing near infrared light, and when the near infrared light irradiates, the photosensitizer can generate singlet oxygen to kill bacteria, so that one-step double response is realized. |
