titleOfInvention | Construction method of oriented ordered pore canal in elastic hydrogel |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for constructing directional ordered pore channels in elastic hydrogel. The method comprises the following steps: adding a cross-linking agent and an initiator into a mixed solution of acrylamide and acrylic acid to obtain a gel prepolymerization solution; fixing stretched Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) fiber in a mold, pouring the gel prepolymer solution into the mold, embedding the TPU fiber through vacuum assistance, then curing by ultraviolet light, and then dissolving out the fiber. The method has the advantages of simple and efficient preparation process and low preparation cost, and the obtained hydrogel has good mechanical strength and regular pore channel arrangement, can be used in the fields of tissue engineering, material transmission, biosensing and the like, and has relatively wide application value and development prospect. |
