abstract The invention discloses a processing method of a heating non-burning cigarette with a curling structure, which comprises the following steps: rolling the dry and wet material mixture to obtain atomized reconstituted tobacco; dispersing a mixture of the graphene nano material, the solid adhesive and the atomizing agent in water, and uniformly spraying the mixture to one surface of the atomized reconstituted tobacco; heating and drying for the first time to obtain semi-dry heating non-combustion reconstituted tobacco; shredding to obtain semi-wet heating non-combustible reconstituted tobacco shreds; heating and drying for the second time to obtain the reconstituted tobacco shreds which are not combusted by heating; and (3) rolling and packaging to obtain the heating non-combustion cigarette with the curling structure, solving the problem of adding a large proportion of atomizing agent, changing the tobacco shreds from straight threads into natural curls, increasing the filling value, facilitating the overflow of smoke, increasing the release amount of smoke, improving the smoking feeling, improving the elasticity of the tobacco shreds, increasing the cohesive force, preventing the tobacco shreds from falling off, improving the tensile strength of the reconstituted tobacco leaves of the heating cigarettes, preventing the tobacco shreds from being broken easily, facilitating the rolling and packaging processing, improving the heat conductivity and ensuring that the heating cigarettes are carbonized more completely.
