titleOfInvention Cell membrane bionic surface modified bacterial cellulose and preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention discloses a cell membrane bionic surface modified bacterial cellulose and a preparation method and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: oxidizing the bacterial cellulose with high iodate to obtain aldehyde-based bacterial cellulose; and (2) reacting the aldehyde bacterial cellulose with disubstituted choline phosphonate, adding an alkaline solution into a reaction product for hydrolysis, washing with water, and drying to obtain the cell membrane bionic surface modified bacterial cellulose. The phosphocholine-modified bacterial cellulose prepared by the method has no toxicity to cells in a physiological environment, has good anti-protein adhesion and anti-cell adhesion, is mild in preparation conditions and easy to operate, can obtain the cell membrane-simulated modified bacterial cellulose material with the surface having the anti-biological adhesion, and is suitable for preparing the anti-biological adhesion and anti-adhesion biomaterials.
