titleOfInvention | Composite corrosion and scale inhibitor containing polycarboxylic acid, application thereof and method for inhibiting corrosion of circulating cooling water containing sulfur |
abstract | The invention relates to the field of corrosion of circulating cooling water containing sulfur, and discloses a composite corrosion and scale inhibitor containing polycarboxylic acid, application thereof and a method for inhibiting corrosion of circulating cooling water containing sulfur. The composite corrosion and scale inhibitor contains polycarboxylic acid, acrylic acid, a copolymer of 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid and hydroxypropyl acrylate and silicate, wherein the weight ratio of the polycarboxylic acid to the copolymer of the acrylic acid to the 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid to the hydroxypropyl acrylate to the silicate is 1:1-2:3-5, and the weight of the silicate is calculated by silicon dioxide. The method provided by the invention is more suitable for the low-hardness low-alkali sulfur-containing circulating cooling water after adjusting the pH value of the sulfur-containing circulating cooling water to be 9.5-10 and the calcium ion concentration to be 200-300mg/L, and can obtain better corrosion and scale inhibition effects. The method can effectively inhibit the corrosion of sulfide in the sulfur-containing circulating cooling water to the water cooling equipment without using a large amount of medicaments and fresh water. |
