titleOfInvention | Pultrusion process and product of continuous glass fiber reinforced polyurethane microcellular foam profile and pultrusion system thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a pultrusion process and a product of a continuous glass fiber reinforced polyurethane microcellular foam profile and a pultrusion system thereof, wherein the mass parts of polyether polyol are 70-80 parts, polyester polyol is 15-20 parts, a cross-linking agent is 1-3 parts, a catalyst is 0.5-1.5 parts, a surfactant is 1-3 parts, microcrystalline cellulose is 1-4 parts, a guanidine oligomer is 0.2-3 parts, and isocyanate is 95-105 parts; reinforcing materials: adopting the continuous glass fiber yarn after surface activation pretreatment. The invention overcomes the problem of high-speed curing polyurethane gum dipping, and the polyurethane is fully foamed under a non-pressure state to obtain the microcellular foamed polyurethane section which has light weight, high strength, high toughness, high nail-holding power, permanent flame retardance, antibiosis, mildew resistance and corrosion resistance, can be used for high-speed railway sleepers, and is the only technology capable of realizing continuous fiber reinforced polyurethane pultrusion microcellular foaming. |
