The monatomic copper artificial simulated peroxidase has excellent peroxidase activity, can catalyze hydrogen peroxide to efficiently oxidize a substrate 3,3',5,5' -tetramethylbenzidine hydrochloride, shows the activity characteristic similar to the peroxidase, has simple preparation method, wide sources and low cost, plays a role in treating human wastes to a certain extent, and has higher industrial application and environmental application potentials.
