titleOfInvention | A method for studying the interaction between neighbor cells |
abstract | The invention discloses a research method for the interaction between adjacent cells. The invention uses nanotechnology combined with a chemical synthesis method to prepare the nano particle sound sensitizer, and then incubates with a class of cells to make the cells absorb the nano particle sound sensitizer. Then, under the action of an external magnetic field, the cells that have phagocytosed the nanoparticle sonosensitizer can be mixed with another type of cells to construct a microtissue 3D cell population, and then use ultrasound to regulate the intracellular reactive oxygen species by accurately adjusting the sound intensity and trigger time in vitro (ROS) level, to achieve timing, quantification, and localization regulation of cell damage in vitro. In vitro cell experiments and proteomics studies have proved that a large number of proteins change between damaged cells and adjacent cells. This method can be used to explore and clarify the inner relationship between targeting and competitive uptake by neighboring cells, as well as the occurrence and development of clinical diseases, and can be used in technical fields such as cell communication, preparation design, and pharmaceutical research and development. |
