abstract | The invention provides a reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive with low wall separation rate and a preparation method thereof, the technical scheme is that innovative design is carried out on formula components for relieving the internal stress of the hot melt adhesive, and the shrinkage stress generated in the cooling process of HM PUR is relieved by utilizing the principle that an MBS rubber core generates deformation and absorbs energy under the action of stress, so that the aim of reducing the wall separation rate is fulfilled. The acrylate type thermoplastic resin is added in the formula, so that the high-compatibility polyether polyol has high compatibility with polyether polyol and plays a role in solubilizing MBS particles. The invention fully relieves the internal stress of the hot melt adhesive and can effectively reduce the rate of wall separation; meanwhile, the dosage of the crystalline polyester is ensured by the formula, so that good initial bonding force and final bonding strength can be kept. On the basis, the invention further designs a preparation method and a perfusion process of the hot melt adhesive, and lays a foundation for the large-scale production of the hot melt adhesive. |
