abstract | The invention discloses a plastic for an LED lampshade, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: methyl methacrylate-acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer: 100 parts of composite nano filler, 3-10 parts of composite antioxidant, 0.1-1 part of composite antioxidant and 0.1-1 part of dispersant. The composite nano filler is a mixture of nano titanium dioxide, nano zinc oxide, nano zinc sulfide and nano barium sulfate, and the mass ratio of the four is 1-2: 3-5: 1-5: 10-20. According to the invention, the nano barium sulfate obtained by the preparation method using ethylene glycol bis (2-aminoethyl ether) tetraacetic acid as the complexing agent has a synergistic effect with nano titanium dioxide, nano zinc oxide and nano zinc sulfide in a specific mass ratio, so that the haze of the lampshade can be greatly improved, and meanwhile, higher light transmittance is kept. |
