The invention relates to a method for preparing a nanogel based on polyelectrolyte as a template. In a polyelectrolyte solution, monomers with opposite charges, a crosslinking agent and an initiator are added to adjust the pH of the solution to electric neutrality, and then the reaction The system is filled with nitrogen to remove oxygen, and polymerization is initiated to obtain a nanogel composite. The desired nanogel can be obtained by removing the template in the nanogel complex by ultrafiltration, centrifugation or dialysis with an inorganic salt solution. The filtrate is collected and the inorganic salts are removed by dialysis, and the polyelectrolyte template can be recovered and reused. The preparation method of this nanogel is simple, its structure, size and charging properties are controllable, and the template can be recycled. |
