titleOfInvention | Protein for degrading patulin, related biological material and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a protein for degrading patulin, a related biological material and application thereof. The protein of the invention is: A1) protein with an amino acid sequence shown as SEQ ID No. 2; A2) protein with an amino acid sequence shown as SEQ ID No. 3; A3) a fusion protein obtained by connecting labels at the N end or/and the C end of the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID No. 2; A4) protein which is obtained by substituting and/or deleting and/or adding one or more amino acid residues of the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID No.2 or SEQ ID No.3 and has more than 90% of identity and function with the protein shown in A1) or A2). Further disclosed are protein-related biomaterials and their use in degrading patulin. The nrdA gene and the NRDA protein provided by the invention have important application values in degrading patulin. |
