titleOfInvention | Preparation method of hollow ceramic ball |
abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of a hollow ceramic ball, which comprises the following steps: preparing a mould, wherein a mould cavity is designed according to the size of a hollow ceramic ball to be prepared; secondly, placing a metal interlayer in the middle of the ceramic wafer biscuit by utilizing a traditional ceramic forming process to prepare a ceramic wafer blank containing the metal interlayer; thirdly, placing the formed wafer biscuit into a cavity of a spherical mold, and sintering at a temperature higher than the melting point of the metal; and step four, grinding and polishing the sintered ceramic hollow spheres to reduce stress concentration and improve sphericity. The invention is suitable for the preparation of various ceramic hollow spheres, the obtained hollow ceramic spheres have controllable density and wall thickness, less equipment investment and easy operation, and can be widely applied to the fields of solid buoyancy materials, heat insulation materials, light composite materials and the like. |
