titleOfInvention Pixel array substrate
abstract A pixel array substrate includes a substrate, a plurality of pixel structures and a scanning element. The plurality of pixel structures are arranged on the substrate along the first direction. Each pixel structure includes data lines, active elements and pixel electrodes. The active element has a semiconductor pattern, a source electrode and a drain electrode. The source electrode and the drain electrode are respectively electrically connected to the data line and the pixel electrode. The scan element includes a first scan line and a second scan line. The first scan line and the second scan line extend in the first direction and are electrically connected to each other. The plurality of active elements of the plurality of pixel structures are electrically connected to the first scan line and the second scan line. The first scan line and the second scan line respectively overlap at two different places of the semiconductor pattern of each active element.
