abstract The invention provides the application of osteopontin in hypoxic-ischemic brain injury, and belongs to the technical fields of biomedicine and molecular biology. The present invention uses proteomics to find that osteopontin changes most obviously in the injured cortex of HI neonatal mice, and further experiments prove that osteopontin may inhibit the relationship between the invasion of peripheral macrophages and neuroinflammation in hypoxic-ischemic brain injury. Therefore, it is proved that osteopontin can be used as a diagnostic and prognostic marker and a potential therapeutic target in hypoxic-ischemic brain injury, so it has good practical application value.
