abstract |
The invention discloses a method for preparing an azoreductase-responsive polymer fluorescent probe by polymerization-induced self-assembly (PISA) and its application. Firstly, the water-soluble macromolecular chain transfer agent PEG-CTA was prepared, and the functional monomer TPE-AZO-MA containing azobenzene was prepared at the same time. RAFT polymerization-induced self-assembly with this functional monomer and butyl methacrylate (BMA) and PEG-CTA resulted in an azoreductase-responsive amphiphilic block polymer assembly with good biocompatibility sex. The invention also discloses the application of polymerization-induced self-assembly (PISA) in the preparation of azoreductase-responsive drug carriers or bioimaging preparations. |
