abstract | The invention discloses ferroferric oxide ceramsite and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the preparation method of the ferroferric oxide ceramsite comprises the following steps: step 1, weighing ferroferric oxide powder and bentonite according to the mass ratio (7-9) to 2, and then adding NaHCO accounting for 0.4-0.6 percent of the total mass of the ferroferric oxide powder and the bentonite 3 Mixing completely, adding water, and mixing; step 2, preparing the mixture obtained in the step 1 into single pellets with the diameter of 5-10mm by using a pelletizer; step 3, drying the pellets prepared in the step 2 at the temperature of 120-180 ℃ for 20-40 minutes; and 4, sealing the dried pellets, roasting at the temperature of 150 ℃ and 250 ℃ for 20-40 minutes, and naturally cooling to the room temperature of 20-30 ℃ to obtain the ferroferric oxide ceramsite. The ferroferric oxide ceramsite can be used as a wave-absorbing material and can be applied to microwave radiation inactivation of bioaerosol. |
