titleOfInvention Culture medium and method for peony radicle induction
abstract The invention discloses a culture medium and a method for peony radicle induction, wherein the culture medium comprises the following components: 1/2MS culture medium, 0.1-1.5 mg/L calcium pantothenate, 0.1-1.5 mg/L adenine, 0.1-1.5 mg/L-cysteine, 0.05-0.2 mg/L biotin, 0.5-2.0 mg/L IBA, 0.4g/L active carbon, 25-35 g/L sucrose and 2.2g/L plant gel. The method comprises the steps of shelling peony seeds, sterilizing the shelled seeds, taking embryos, treating the embryos, preparing an induction culture medium, inoculating, culturing and the like. The explant used by the invention is convenient to disinfect, the pollution rate can be controlled to be about 5%, no browning exists, the root induction rate can reach more than 40% after 50 days, the average induction root number can reach more than 8, and the average root length is 2.6 cm.
