abstract | The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a solid powder cosmetic which is excellent in impact stability, cosmetic appearance and usability, maintains hiding power, and is excellent in the function of transmitting light in a longer wavelength region (red light selective transmission function). The solid powder cosmetic is characterized by containing 1 to 30 mass % of titanium dioxide powder having an apparent average particle diameter of 100 nm or more and less than 500 nm and an average crystallite diameter measured by X-ray diffractometry: 15 to 30 nm, a specific surface area of 10 to 30 m 2 /g, and particles having a shape in which radially protruding needle-like protrusions agglomerate, and the ratio of the minor axis to the major axis (major axis/minor axis) of the shape is 1.0 or more and less than 2.5; 5 to 30 mass % of spherical powder; and 5 to 40 mass % of the elastomer or metal soap surface-treated powder composed of the following (A) components and (B) components. The elastomer is composed of the following (A) components and (B) components: (A) a silicone polymer with an amino group; (B) a silicone polymer with a carboxyl group or an acrylic polymer with a carboxyl group, and the amino group and the carboxyl group are combined. The molar ratio is in the range of Y/X=0.1 to 1.2 (Y is the molar amount of the carboxyl group contained in the (B) component, and X is the molar amount of the amino group contained in the (A) component). |
