titleOfInvention Electromagnetic shielding silver paste applied to 5G personal communication equipment and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses an electromagnetic shielding silver paste applied to 5G personal communication equipment, which comprises 3-10 wt% of high-adhesion resin, 15-30 wt% of solvent, 0.5-5 wt% of adhesion promoter, 0.3-5 wt% of curing catalyst and 15-80 wt% of flaky silver powder by taking the total mass of the electromagnetic shielding silver paste as a reference. The electromagnetic shielding silver paste disclosed by the invention is low in resistivity, good in conductivity and good in electromagnetic shielding efficiency, the complete drying temperature can be as low as 80 ℃, and the deformation and damage of a conductive area base material and a fireproof PC base material of personal communication equipment at high temperature are greatly reduced. The corrosion resistance is enhanced, the resistivity can be kept stable for a long time in the environments of temperature alternation, water vapor, salt mist and the like, the adaptability of the base material is good, and the adhesive force with the base material of a conductive area of the personal communication equipment is good, so that the stable electromagnetic shielding effect is ensured.
