titleOfInvention Low-strength-loss high-performance environment-friendly non-ironing finishing method for cotton fabric
abstract The invention relates to a non-ironing finishing method of a cotton fabric with low strength loss and high performance, which comprises the following steps of firstly carrying out hot water treatment and constant temperature drying on the cotton fabric, forming a new crystallization area in an amorphous area of the cotton fabric, and then carrying out non-formaldehyde non-ironing finishing to obtain the cotton fabric with low strength loss and high performance, wherein the specific flow is as follows: hot water treatment, constant temperature drying, padding of non-ironing finishing liquid, pre-drying and baking. The macromolecular chains in the amorphous area of the water molecular cotton fiber are directionally arranged to generate a new crystalline area, the crystalline area is opposite to the amorphous area, the elastic modulus and the strength of the crystalline area are high, the crystalline area and the amorphous area play an important role in improving the non-ironing grade and reducing the strength loss, and the non-ironing finishing forms a new cross-linked network structure in the amorphous area to improve the non-ironing crease resistance of the cotton fiber.
