titleOfInvention | Polypeptide for targeted recognition of immune cells and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a polypeptide for identifying immune cells, which comprises the following amino acid sequences: (a) amino acid sequence and homologous sequence of the C-terminal fragment sequence AILEVLQS containing human Triokinase/FMN cyclase; or (b) an amino acid sequence substantially identical to the amino acid sequence described in (a), wherein substantially identical means that the amino acid sequence described in (a) has a sequence identity of 70% or more. The invention also discloses nucleic acid sequences encoding the polypeptides; a polypeptide probe for targeting and identifying immune cells, which comprises the polypeptide and a reporter group; a kit comprising the probe; and, related uses of the polypeptides or probes as described above. |
