The culture solution can improve the in-vitro maturation quality of the oocyte, the cumulus cell diffusion index, the embryo sac rate and the total cell number of the blastocyst of the parthenogenetic embryo, the cleavage rate of the in-vitro fertilization embryo, the blastocyst rate and the total cell number of the blastocyst. |
