titleOfInvention | Modified ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) of LED (light-emitting diode) lamp tube and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to the field of LED illumination, and aims to reduce the damage to a retina by atomizing glare generated by the luminescence of an LED chip. The modified ABS is used for manufacturing lamp tubes and lamp shades. It is characterized in that the particle size of optical-grade polypropylene ABS is less than or equal to 5 microns. The purity of holmium oxide reaches more than 99.5%, the particle size of holmium oxide is less than or equal to 50 nanometers, and the addition amount is 2-9% by weight. Barium sulfate with purity of more than 98 percent, particle size of less than or equal to 80 nanometers, and the addition amount of the barium sulfate is 3 to 11 percent by weight. After the molding, the grid layout of the nano holmium oxide and the nano barium sulfate is formed in the ABS, so that glare emitted by the LED chip can be effectively improved, and the damage to a retina and the uncomfortable feeling are reduced. |
