titleOfInvention | Aluminum strip for cigarette packet printing ink and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention provides an aluminum strip for cigarette packet printing ink, which is prepared by the following steps: under the heating condition, part of free acrylic acid and/or acrylic ester in the solution cooperates with cellulose functional molecules to perform functional modification on the surface of an aluminum sheet, free radical polymerization reaction is performed on the surface of the aluminum sheet by the residual acrylic acid and/or acrylic ester, the formed polymer is used as molding resin, and the aluminum strip is obtained after filter pressing, hydraulic extrusion molding and vacuum static baking of the material. The preparation raw materials comprise a solvent, an initiator, aluminum paste, a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises at least one of hydroxypropyl methacrylate, methyl methacrylate, hydroxyethyl acrylate, isobornyl acrylate, butyl acrylate and methacrylic acid, and the component B comprises at least one of cellulose acetate butyrate, cellulose acetate propionate and cellulose nitrate. The invention realizes the surface functionalization of the aluminum sheet and the one-step generation of molding resin, and the aluminum strip product has excellent metal effect, strip forming property and printing adaptability. |
