abstract | The invention discloses an amino acid modified mud-resistant polycarboxylate water reducer which is prepared by free radical polymerization of amino acid modified unsaturated acid ester, unsaturated carboxylic acid and prenyl polyoxyethylene ether serving as raw materials under the action of an initiator and a chain transfer agent. The amino acid modified unsaturated acid ester is prepared by taking maleic anhydride, polyethylene glycol, epichlorohydrin and amino acid as raw materials and sequentially carrying out esterification reaction, ring opening reaction and substitution reaction under the condition of no solvent. The weight percentage of each raw material is as follows: 3-15% of amino acid modified unsaturated acid ester, 5-13% of unsaturated carboxylic acid, 70-90% of prenyl polyoxyethylene ether, 0.5-1.5% of initiator and 0.5-1.0% of chain transfer agent. The water reducing agent disclosed by the invention has the functions of adsorbing and anchoring groups and steric hindrance structures, and simultaneously inhibits the surface adsorption and intercalation adsorption of clay on the polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent by utilizing the electrostatic repulsion function, the nonpolar structure and the terminal steric hindrance function of the water reducing agent, so that the adsorption resistance of the clay is improved. |
