abstract | The invention discloses a new synthesis method of a 2-aryl indole derivative, which comprises the following steps: in an organic solvent, to N - (2-pyrimidine) indoles and aryl silanesThe material is taken as a raw material, a catalyst, an oxidant and an activator are taken as a catalytic system, heating reflux is carried out under stirring, tracking detection is carried out by TLC until the reaction is complete, and the reaction liquid is subjected to post-treatment to obtain the 2-arylation indole derivatives; the main catalyst is metal cobalt salt, the oxidant is copper acetate, and the activator is potassium fluoride or cesium fluoride. The method adopts cheap metal cobalt for catalysis, realizes the oxidative coupling reaction between indole derivatives and aryl silane, prepares a series of functionalized 2-aryl indole compounds, enriches the synthesis methods of the skeleton structures, and provides a new synthesis method which is cheaper, easy to obtain and environment-friendly for the synthesis of the 2-aryl indole compounds. |
