The perovskite-interface connection layer is implanted in the transition process of perovskite from a liquid phase film to a solid-phase film to form a perovskite-interface connection layer. Compared with the prior art, the present invention does not need to introduce high-cost materials, has low cost, and has abundant material sources and good stability; In contrast, the interface contact between the perovskite light-absorbing layer and the carbon-based back electrode is improved, thereby improving the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the perovskite solar cell. |
