abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of materials, particularly relates to preparation and application of a composite phase-change material, and particularly relates to a composite phase-change material taking a high polymer material as a framework. The invention provides a preparation method of a composite phase-change material, which comprises the following steps: the composite phase change material is prepared by taking PVA aerogel as a framework material and loading a phase change functional material on the framework material. The composite phase-change material prepared by the method has ultrahigh content of the phase-change material, wherein the mass fraction of the phase-change material in the composite phase-change material is 94%, and the PVA aerogel has proper pore diameter, larger specific surface area and better interaction with the phase-change material, so that the obtained aerogel has ultrahigh leakage-proof performance for the organic phase-change material, for example, for the PEG phase-change material, the leakage can not occur when the PVA aerogel is heated for 60 hours at the temperature higher than the melting point by 40 ℃, and the comprehensive performance is obviously superior to that of the existing phase-change material. |
