abstract | The invention provides a UV-cured high-temperature-resistant antistatic coating which comprises the following components: 20-60 parts of polyurethane modified acrylic prepolymer; 10-50 parts of epoxy modified acrylic prepolymer; 10-50 parts of a silicone resin modified acrylic prepolymer; acrylic prepolymer with antistatic action: 5-20 parts of a solvent; 0-20 parts of a tertiary amino-containing active monomer; 0-20 parts of epoxy-containing active monomer; 0-20 parts of silicon-containing active monomer. The UV curing high-temperature resistant antistatic coating can form quaternary ammonium salt through chemical reaction to further improve the high-temperature resistance and the antistatic property of the coating. The components with the function of resisting static electricity have UV activity, can participate in the UV free radical polymerization reaction of the whole system under the UV irradiation, become a part of whole macromolecules, are non-additive antistatic coatings and are one of permanent antistatic coatings. |
