titleOfInvention | Preparation and application of pyran-coumarin-based carbon monoxide fluorescent probe |
abstract | The invention relates to preparation and application of a pyran-coumarin-based carbon monoxide (CO) fluorescent probe, wherein the structural formula of the fluorescent probe is as follows: the invention provides a preparation method for synthesizing the fluorescent probe by taking 3-acetyl-7-diethylamino coumarin, 2- (2, 4-dihydroxy benzoyl) benzoic acid, allyl chloroformate and the like as raw materials; the fluorescent probe is a near-infrared carbon monoxide fluorescent probe; firstly, the fluorescent probe shows high sensitivity to CO, and the fluorescence is obviously enhanced after the probe reacts with the CO; secondly, the fluorescent probe shows high selectivity to CO and is not interfered by other active oxygen, active nitrogen, active sulfur and biological mercaptan; moreover, the fluorescent probe has rapid action with CO, and the response time is within 50 s; in addition, the fluorescent probe is applied to the detection of the content of carbon monoxide in living cells. |
