titleOfInvention | Emulsion flocculant |
abstract | The application discloses an emulsion flocculant, and a preparation method thereof comprises the following steps of (1) preparing an aqueous phase: dissolving acrylamide and sodium acrylate monomers in a water phase and adjusting the pH value; (2) preparation of oil phase: mixing the emulsifier composition of claim 1 with an oil phase solvent; (3) preparation of monomer emulsion: slowly adding the water phase into the oil phase under high-speed shearing; (4) emulsion polymerization: adding a redox initiator to initiate polymerization; (5) and (3) finished product: and adding a phase reversal agent after the reaction to obtain the anionic polyacrylamide emulsion with high relative molecular weight. The emulsion flocculants form homogeneous stable emulsions with finer median particle sizes, allow uniform particle distribution to be observed, have low coagulation rates and high stability under normal use and storage conditions, and have long term stability during high temperature processing, transportation and storage. |
