Disclosed is a blue light OLED device and a preparation method thereof, wherein the material of the hole transport layer (3) of the blue light OLED device is selected from NPB or TAPC or CBP or MoO 3 , the material of the electron transport layer (5) is selected from TPBi or Bphen, and the light emitting layer ( 4) It consists of mCP-doped BCzVBi with a doping concentration of 20 wt.%. The blue OLED device of the present disclosure, by matching different charge transport layer materials, significantly optimizes the injection and transport of carriers, so that the number of holes and electrons in the light-emitting layer tends to be balanced, thereby effectively improving the current efficiency of the device, performance such as brightness. The blue OLED device of the present disclosure has the characteristics of simple preparation process and low cost, and has practical reference significance for improving the performance of the blue OLED device. |
