titleOfInvention Conductive agent prepared from polyacrylonitrile gel and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a conductive agent prepared by polyacrylonitrile gel and a preparation method thereof, the polyacrylonitrile gel is prepared by dissolving polyacrylonitrile fiber in N' N-dimethylformamide, then dripping into deionized water, adding an additive, and carrying out precipitation polymerization to obtain polyacrylonitrile gel; then the obtained gel is placed in a vacuum cracking furnace, and different heat treatment parameters are adjusted to carbonize the gel, so that the conductive agents with different conductivities are obtained. The particle size of the conductive agent prepared by polyacrylonitrile gel is controlled below 1 mu m, the conductivity exceeds 100S/cm and can reach 131S/cm at most.
