abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of rosin quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial modified silicone rubber, which comprises the following steps of: 1) activating the surface of the silicon rubber; 2) chemically grafting (3-aminopropyl) triethoxysilane (APTES) on the surface of the silicon rubber obtained in the step 1); 3) and (2) carrying out amidation reaction on the surface of the silicon rubber obtained in the step 2) under the catalytic action of catalysts ethyl-3- (3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC) and N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHSS), and grafting the rosin quaternary ammonium salt bactericide with carboxyl on the surface of the silicon rubber to prepare the rosin quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial modified silicon rubber. According to the invention, the rosin quaternary ammonium salt bactericide is efficiently grafted on the surface of the biomedical material by adopting a chemical grafting method, so that the method is simple, convenient and efficient; the surface of the silicon rubber material prepared by the invention shows good antibacterial performance to staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, pseudomonas aeruginosa and the like, has no toxic or side effect to normal human body cells, and shows good biocompatibility.
