titleOfInvention Efficient bioleaching composite bacterial system and application thereof in sludge dechromization process
abstract The invention discloses a high-efficiency bioleaching complex strain, which comprises functional strains and auxiliary strains, wherein the functional strains comprise Acidithiobacillus thiooxidans ATCC 53990, and the auxiliary strains comprise one or more strains of Acidithiobacillus crypticum ATCC 33463, Rhodotorula mucopolysaccharides ATCC9449, Acidithiobacillus cyclopeptanicus CGMCC 1.7014 and Sulfobacillus acidophilus ATCC 700253. The high-efficiency bioleaching composite bacteria system is used in the sludge dechromization project, and heterotrophic bacteria with stronger acid resistance consume organic matters, so that the inhibition on the growth of autotrophic bacteria is reduced or eliminated, the bioleaching effect is obviously improved, the leaching period is shortened, and the leaching efficiency is improved.
