titleOfInvention Collecting agent for reverse flotation and desiliconization of demagging phosphate concentrate
abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of collophanite reverse flotation desilication, and particularly relates to a collecting agent for demagging collophanite and then reverse flotation desilication. Any one or more than two of alkyl halide ion (F, Cl, Br, I) type single quaternary ammonium salts with the carbon chain length of 8-18 are mixed with dodecylamine, ether amine, diesel oil, hydrochloric acid or acetic acid and water according to a certain proportion, and the mixture is stirred at normal temperature at the stirring speed of 200-fold ammonia water for 1000 r/min for 10-30 min. The carbon-containing 8-18 alkyl halide ion (F, Cl, Br, I) type mono-quaternary ammonium salt is the core component of the collector. The collecting agent does not need to change the acid pH value of the original demagnetising phosphorite pulp, can greatly simplify the reagent system of reverse flotation desilication and save the reagent cost in the reverse flotation desilication process; compared with the existing desiliconization collecting agent, the desiliconization collecting agent has strong pH adaptability (pH 3-10), good desiliconization selectivity, no influence of slime, no sticky flotation foam and easy dissipation.
