abstract | The invention relates to an iron phosphate catalyst with a three-level hierarchical structure, a preparation method and application thereof, and the preparation method comprises the steps of: dissolving an iron source in glycerol, ultrasonically forming a uniform solution, and reacting at 120-180 DEG C for 8 ‑15h, after the reaction is completed, centrifuge, wash and dry to obtain iron alkoxide; place iron alkoxide and sodium hypophosphite in a tube furnace, under nitrogen atmosphere, heat up to 250‑320 ℃ to react, after the reaction is completed , after washing and drying, an iron phosphate precursor is obtained; under a nitrogen atmosphere, the iron phosphate precursor is heated to 400-600° C. for 1-4 h, and after washing and drying, an iron phosphate catalyst with a three-level hierarchical structure is obtained. The raw materials used in the invention are cheap and easy to obtain, and the process is simple, and is expected to be used in large-scale industrial applications. The obtained three-level hierarchical structure iron phosphate catalyst has unique and novel microscopic morphology, and has excellent electrocatalytic oxygen evolution and nitrogen fixation performance. |
