abstract The invention relates to a method for comprehensively utilizing pentaerythritol production wastewater, formaldehyde and acetaldehyde, which comprises the following steps: 1) the evaporated water containing formaldehyde, acetaldehyde and formic acid evaporated from a pentaerythritol production system is filtered by a filter screen, purified and filtered by activated carbon and cooled to 30-40 ℃ by circulating water; 2) adjusting the pH value of the cooled recovered water to 6-8 by using alkali liquor; 3) and pumping the recovered water to a recovery water tank of a formaldehyde and acetaldehyde production system, cooling to 10-20 ℃, and respectively pumping to a formaldehyde absorption tower or an acetaldehyde absorption tower to be used as absorbed water. According to the invention, the desalted water is required to be sprayed and absorbed in the absorption tower at the later production stage of the two sets of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde production devices, the absorption gas contains the components of formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, formic acid and acetic acid, the pentaerythritol evaporation recovered water is led to the formaldehyde and acetaldehyde absorption tower to be used as the absorption tower for absorbing water, the discharge amount of pentaerythritol sewage is greatly reduced, the environment-friendly requirements of emission reduction, efficiency improvement and air pollution purification are realized, and the yield of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde is improved.
