abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of preservative films, and provides a preparation method of a preservative film with slow release of essential oil, aiming at the problem that the effect of a single-layer microcapsule on reducing the volatility of plant essential oil is poor, which comprises the following steps: 1) adding plant essential oil, a cross-linking agent and an emulsifier into water, stirring to form an oil-in-water emulsion, pouring into a gelatin saturated solution, heating for reaction, washing and drying to obtain a single-coated microcapsule; 2) adding the single-coated microcapsule, the mesoporous molecular sieve and the emulsifier into water, stirring to form an oil-in-water emulsion, pouring the oil-in-water emulsion into a gelatin saturated solution, heating for reaction, washing and drying to obtain a double-layer sandwiched microcapsule; 3) and adding the microcapsule, the collagen and the plasticizer which are sandwiched in the double layers into water, homogenizing, and performing tape casting to form the preservative film. The double-layer microcapsule is more heat-resistant and more complete in coating than the single-coating microcapsule, and is not easy to lose efficacy due to rupture; the interlayer mesoporous molecular sieve can adsorb plant essential oil and has buffering and temporary storage functions. |
