abstract |
The invention relates to the technical field of imprinted polymers, and discloses a preparation method of a magnetic silica molecularly imprinted polymer modified by hyperbranched PEI. The method comprises the following steps: 1) adding ferroferric oxide powder into absolute ethyl alcohol, stirring and mixing to form sol mixed liquid, dropwise adding ethyl orthosilicate, and aging; 2) performing alkylation treatment to obtain alkylated silicon dioxide coated ferroferric oxide particles; 3) adding the alkylated silicon dioxide coated ferroferric oxide particles into hyperbranched polyethyleneimine solution to obtain hyperbranched polyethyleneimine grafted silicon dioxide particles; 4) adding methacrylic acid monomer for cross-linking reaction to obtain the product. The silicon dioxide coated ferroferric oxide microspheres are used as a carrier, and functional monomer methacrylic acid is crosslinked on the surface of the carrier to form spherical imprinted polymer microspheres, so that the spherical imprinted polymer microspheres have high specific surface area and increase binding sites with template molecules. |
