titleOfInvention Method for cleaning and purifying saliva of living leeches with golden edges
abstract The invention provides a method for cleaning and purifying living leech saliva, which comprises the following steps: 1) adding water for breeding into the large-mouth glass bottle, and placing the gilt-edged leech larvae into a breeding device for breeding; 2) collecting fresh and clean animal blood, filling the animal blood into an artificial sausage casing, then feeding the leeches with golden edges into a feeding device, and continuously culturing; 3) in the culture process, leeches with gilt edges are placed in 8-12 ten thousand units/100 mL gentamicin solution for soaking and culturing for 2-4 hours every two weeks, and then water is changed for cleaning; 4) stopping feeding the leech 2-3 months before sale, and soaking the leech with golden edge in a 0.02-0.1% chlorhexidine aqueous solution for 10-20min before sale, thus completing the cleaning and purification of the saliva of the leech with golden edge. The leech saliva cultivated by the method has the characteristics of reducing the content of human pathogenic bacteria of the genus monopaguis in the family Vibrionaceae, saving water in the cultivation process and the like.
