titleOfInvention A method for inducing the occurrence of physalis-like root bodies and a method for genetic transformation mediated by the physalis-like root bodies
abstract The invention belongs to the field of biotechnology and tissue culture, and particularly relates to a method for inducing the generation of physalis-like root bodies and a method for genetic transformation mediated by the similar root bodies. The method for inducing the formation of Physalis-like roots of the present invention comprises the cultivation of sterile seedlings of Physalis; the root-like induction medium (RHI-M) induces the leaves of Physalis to produce root-like bodies; the RTB induction medium (RTB-M) ) inducing the root-like body to produce RTB structure; transferring the induced RTB structure to a differentiation medium (RTBR-M) to induce the embryo body to germinate into a clump bud; transferring the clump bud to a rooting medium and other steps. The invention can rapidly and efficiently induce the physalis RTB structure, and can successfully transform the exogenous gene by using the physalis leaves as the transformation explants through the RTB-mediated method; %.
