titleOfInvention Preparation of paper-based coupling enhanced Raman sensor and application of paper-based coupling enhanced Raman sensor in okadaic acid detection
abstract The invention provides a paper-based coupling enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) sensor based on aptamer specificity pickup performance and a preparation method thereof, and provides high specificity analysis of okadaic acid in marine water and marine products. Reducing, inducing and assembling compact and ordered nano-gold particles on the surface of the paper fiber to construct a surface plasmon resonance nano-gold paper SERS substrate; the method comprises the steps of synthesizing a three-dimensional space dendritic 3D silver material in situ, constructing an SERS coupling double layer enhanced by a high-heat-point-density electromagnetic field, introducing a complementary DNA chain to establish a specific pickup-surface coupling enhanced Raman analysis interface, realizing rapid and accurate analysis of Raman spectrum, achieving the aim of on-site detection, having simple preparation method and low cost, being capable of being prepared in large scale and providing theoretical and technical support for seawater treatment.
